A degree in Exercise Science has provided Lauren with a comprehensive understanding of the human body. Her education has equipped her with a solid foundation in exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition. She gained valuable hands-on experience through an internship with the College of the Holy Cross football team, where she honed her coaching skills and learned the importance of tailored strength programs.

Growing up in the weight room, Lauren developed an unwavering passion for fitness and strength training. From an early age, she recognized the transformative power of exercise, both physically and mentally. This personal journey inspired her to pursue a career in the industry, where she could share her knowledge and help others harness the benefits of strength training.

Lauren understands the intricacies of training diverse populations. She has successfully guided individuals of all ages and fitness levels, instilling in them a sense of confidence, discipline, and improved overall health.

She has also been a dedicated CrossFit coach for over 5 years allowing her to work closely with clients in a group setting, emphasizing functional movements, intensity, and variety.
